Guests of Rotarians:  Several Rotarians introduced their spouses.  
 
Happy Bucks:  Vida Zvirzdys-Farler – Birthday bucks Kim Dinsmore – His daughter’s band played a gig out of his garage and then is scheduled to perform at Dickerson’s South Bay BBQ in downtown Olympia on 8/9/16. Carol Murphy – Her son participated in the Green Lake Regatta Debra Stephens – Birthday Bucks Sean Padget – Daughter is heading off to WSU, also visited Wolf Haven.
 
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Neil DeBoer reminded members to pay their dues. 
 
PROGRAM: Today’s program was a fellowship program.  Christy Peters asked four questions to be discussed at each table:
 
  1. What is your favorite place to vacation?
  2. Why did you join Rotary?
  3. What is your funniest memory of Rotary?
  4. What is your vision for the future for the Olympia Rotary Club?
 
There were many funny stories told and shared with the group, (including the time that former member Paul Creighton lost his fake teeth during a dance and then picked them up off of the floor and continued to dance like nothing ever happened) and the club members cited a desire to continue to build the signature event of the Lakefair Legacy Marathon and to create more of a connection with downtown Olympia.
